What is referred to as the Bluffs, actually consists of two neighborhoods, the Upper Bluffs, and the Lower Bluffs. Named for their topography, both neighborhood feature terrific views and are family friendly. They are close to shopping, Home Depot, and the State Park. Price points differ slightly with the Upper Bluffs being slightly more exclusive.
