Bentwood Country Club is an elite neighborhood located on the southwest side San Angelo near Lake Nasworthy. Amenities include a golf course, tennis courts, community pool, and a clubhouse complete with a restaurant and bar. While most properties in Bentwood are single family residences, townhomes available as well.

The Bluffs

What is referred to as the Bluffs, actually consists of two neighborhoods, the Upper Bluffs, and the Lower Bluffs. Named for their topography, both neighborhood feature terrific views and are family friendly. They are close to shopping, Home Depot, and the State Park. Price points differ slightly with the Upper Bluffs being slightly more exclusive.

College Hillls

College Hills is located in central San Angelo, close to Angelo State University. This area is popular for rentals and is popular for investors. College Hills is diverse, and can’t be solely described as a college neighborhood. This area also boasts beautiful high end homes on tree lined streets. Street names in this area include Tulane, Oxford, and Sul Ross.

Santa Rita
